Information ate my table

Quality bit of work coming from my old school friend Mr. Zachary Eastwood-Bloom.
He's just come to the end of his Masters at the RCA in London and the end of year show opens the 28th May and runs through til 6th June, where you'll be able to see all his best works.
A seriously good show and I emplore anyone who hasn't been to an RCA final show to check this one out, if only for Zac's work.

Check out the Echo Drift work too.

Thinking is Fun!

Had a brain storming session today after our presentation to the client for our sneaker store project, problem was we couldn't nail down one fundamental detail of our concept.

Portfolios

It's Portfolio week at SPD so thought I'd drop this link to a book i received on friday which has some really good tips and images from some great portfolios created by Graphic designers and Illustrators...

Although there's no mention of the Interiors/Architecture game, there are some real good ideas which I will incorporate into my own portfolio.

Available as a PDF download or a soft cover book.

Social Suicide

Just found an old video (well from 2008, so not really old in the grand scheme of things) of menswear label, Social Suicide, highlighting the collection that got me really excited about their designs. Its all changed now though on their site, but the new collection is dropping very soon, and what they have left of the Winter season is still rather nice...

The worst of Saloni

There were lots of great things to look at during the week of Saloni this year, but before I start putting some of it on here I thought this little slide show might be of interest.

The very worst the show had to offer.

Basquiat

Interesting little video of Jean-Michel Basquiat. I only wish it was longer...
